If you have an appointment booked through the Patient Portal and wish to reschedule it, you can do so by following the below steps:
- Navigate to the Appointments tab.
- Select the upcoming appointment card in which you wish to reschedule.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose the option to Reschedule or Cancel the appointment.
If you reschedule an appointment, you will be prompted to choose a new date and time, and all future reminders will reflect the updated schedule. If you cancel an appointment, it will be removed from your calendar, and you will no longer receive reminders about it.
