How do I access and update my account settings?

Updating your account settings

To manage your Patient Portal account preferences, navigate to the Account tab. 

Here, you will find easily accessible tabs for managing your account settings, including:

Medical Info

The Medical Info tab will display information regarding your allergies, medical conditions, and bottle cap preferences. For more information on how to adjust your medical information, see How do I update my medical information?

Personal Info

The Personal Info tab will contain your personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, and more. For more information on how to update your personal info, see How do I update my personal or contact information?

Insurance and I.D. Card

The Insurance and I.D. Card tab will contain your insurance and I.D. card information that you may have uploaded when creating your account. If these are not listed and you would like to upload your information, see How do I upload my insurance and I.D. information?

Linked Accounts

Manage patient records for family members, pets, and other individuals under your care. For more information on how to add and manage patient records for individuals under your care, see Linked Accounts.

Patient Forms

Within the Patient Forms tab, you can retrieve and download PDF copies of any forms you have completed for your pharmacy through your Patient Portal account. To find a specific form, use the search bar located at the top of the screen to search by form name.

Communication Preferences

In the Communication Preferences tab, you can adjust your notification preferences and opt out of paperless enrollment. To update your preferences, see How do I manage my communication preferences?


Help and support

Choose this option if you require assistance with a prescription or if you wish to provide feedback about the app. 

About this app

Select this option to find details regarding the app's latest version and its associated software information.

Change password

Select this option to change your password.

NOTE: If you created your account using Google or Apple single sign-on (SSO), you will not be able to change your password within the app and will need to do so directly through your SSO settings.

Terms and conditions and Privacy statement

Select this option to access your pharmacy's terms and conditions and privacy policy.

Sign out

Select Sign out to log out from the portal on your current device. Any unsaved changes or incomplete transactions will not be saved. Any other devices with active logins will remain signed in.
