After successfully setting up a Patient Portal account with your pharmacy, you will be greeted by a homepage screen that will act as a central hub.
Within the homepage, you will find accessible tabs for tasks like ordering refills, messaging with your pharmacy, scheduling appointments, adding individuals under your care, and more.
These same tasks will also be displayed in the footer as quick access icons, allowing you to swiftly navigate to different sections within the app.
On the homepage, you will also find your pharmacy's location, including its address, phone number, current-day business hours, along with a map representation of the pharmacy's store location. Additionally, if you would like to send a secure message to your pharmacy, you can do so by tapping the Send message button.
If your pharmacy has more than one location, you can choose to switch to another location by selecting Change.
Additional locations will be displayed based on their distance from your current position, with the nearest one appearing first. If your device's Location Services are enabled, your current location will be used automatically. If Location Services are disabled, you will be asked to provide a zip code.
