Step 2: Exploring the Patient Portal's features

Medications
By navigating to the Medications tab, you will find several tabs at the top of the screen, including Meds, Orders, and Archive.
From the Meds tab, you can begin adding medications to your Patient Portal account.
After adding medications to the account, they can be managed at any time from the Meds tab to refill or archive prescriptions. Medications are organized by the nearest refill date and display key details such as drug name, dosage, last order date, and next fill date. Educational resources are also available, including medication guides, patient education sheets, and helpful adherence and instructional videos.
Messages
Using the Messages tab, you can securely communicate with your pharmacy directly within the Patient Portal. This feature enables you to easily stay connected and receive important information regarding your health.
Services
Appointments can be scheduled directly from the Services tab, provided your pharmacy offers online scheduling.
Linked accounts
If you are a caregiver, such as a legal guardian or parent, you can link individuals under your care to your Patient Portal for easier management of their healthcare and access to their medical information through the Patient Portal.
